I am currently trying to replace the model of the bound sword. However, I want to keep the effects that come with it. I have opened up the mesh that shows the daedric sword model, the flame mesh, and other effects. How do I replace the daedric model in the overall mesh? I plan to find something that somewhat matches the flames.

Is there anyone that could change the color of the bound sword, bow, and dagger? I would really like to see them changed from purple to blue. If possible, I would also like to see the models for the sword and dagger changed to the nordic sword and nordic dagger. I think these models would match up with the flame outlines decently well. I can't think of a bow and set of arrows that would, but if there is anything else I'm open to suggestions. Overall I'm simply not a fan of the daedric shapes of these weapons.

Are there any super awesome modders out there that would consider making all the bound weapons blue instead of purple? I sort of figured out how to do it myself through nifskope, but the flames still remain purple. As far as my modding experience goes, I have nothing, and my googling "prowess" has led me to the point to where I give up. If at all possible, could the models be changed to another mesh as well. I understand that this may be a ridiculous request (and maybe something that is not lore friendly), but I think that the nordic sword, nordic dagger, and maybe the nordic bow (or any bow that fits) would go along with the existing flame mesh. I could be wrong. However, I'm not a big fan of purple and the daedric style. My character started out as a pure archer than transitioned into one handed and magic, and I think doing everything from magic could be a nice touch. I just hate purple, and the daedric style.

I've always hated how stiff and blocky the arm pieces on the Archmage robes look. Can someone replace the arm pieces on the archmage robes with the arm pieces on the Nightingale armor? It would be awesome if it used hd textures from the retexture mods for these items as well. I would love to do it myself, but I am completely new to skyrim on the PC. I originally started out on the console. Any help would be appreciated.

I am completely new to modding on skyrim, much less modding in general. My goal is to use "The Spice of Life" http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/16668/? to spread different body meshes to multiple npc's. However, the mod does not have a way to match armor meshes with the body meshes. Most of the npc's in my game will have a body mesh similar to the vanilla body, and the armor and clothing will match that body. The problem is that when specific npc's with different body meshes from everyone else put on armor or clothing, their bodies will still take the shape of the armor or clothing mesh that everyone else is using. I want to make it to where for example Aela may have a skinny body mesh. When she puts on any armor or clothing, it will be in the shape of her skinny body mesh, unlike anyone else in the game. Lydia may have a fuller body mesh, so armor and clothing that she puts on will shape to her specific body. Any info on how to make this work would be greatly appreciated, even if it involves using another mod besides "The Spice of Life." Thanks.

If I use an alternate body type for skyrim, will the weight of all the different npc's affect their body size? For example, will the size of their boobs or butt scale with their weight? Will their height's still be different according to their race? If I was to use CBBE, is there a way to get different NPC's to use a variety of body shapes from CBBE? I'm new to body mods, so any info would be greatly appreciated. My main goal is to use an alternate body type from vanilla while maintaining different body sizes according to weight.
