There already is a Mod that does exactly that. It's called Dragon Soul Relinquishment. Its for Skyrim LE but i play it on SE and It Works Perfectly fine.

I've Installed a new ENB and Light Mods. Now Torches have some weird looking light effect and i cant figure out how to get rid of it. I already tried to uninstall all Lighting and Fire Mods but none are the cause of it. ENB is Silent Horizon 2 Universal Core. Light mods are Evlas, ENB Light, Particle Patch for ENB and Ulimate HD Fire Effects.
