moderation thereafter??! no no no! lol I say once you get going why not pick it right back up again? Like Skyrim! I can play for a couple hours, smoke a cig, then pick it up again.. same with the deed. But I agree 1x a day is awesome. They say 3x a week keeps you fit and helps you live longer (tho studies indicated loved ones instead of one night flings or you know... "buddies" were more effective for confidence and aided in life direction.) hehe
