Probably hitting plugins limit. You should merge some plugins. Armor plugins maybe. Besides it is most likely a loverslab mod might be causing this post ur issue there as well. They are good at fixing issues, a friend told me.

If you're playing LE limited ram usage (3-4gb) can cause crashes although there is a fix for it but it is still going to crash at some point like in my case when ram usage is beyond 6.5gb skyrim most likely crashes but it rarely goes beyond 6.5gb. Yes current gen machine will give u lotta benefits but it is also funny to know that a 10 years old game is making u consider to buy a new pc lol. Good luck

You just had to buy a new card and the whole universe was pushing you to do this lol. Great to know you gotta new card now, is that 4gb one? Do you happen to monitor ram usage? How much ram gets used untill you crash? I don't think we are going to fix your problem unless you do a fresh install of Skyrim without mods or without half of its holds lol jk. Do you use any mod manager? Do you keep other softwares or application running in the background when playing skyrim. Rlo and Cot can be real taxing on the computer hardware sometimes and with an enb skyrim will eat up your resources like hell. Also whole lot of things depend on your setup and hardware condition. You can also try safetyload, it helps. It can aslo be a bad save file, try fallrim tools to clean skyrim's save file.

16gb ram for i3 intel cpu is a complete waste. Anyways the settings should be under Display section of SkyrimPrefs.ini , if it isn't there then back up that ini file along skyrim.ini file somewhere in ur laptop other than skyrim's directory and go to options tab in skyrim's launcher it will generate these ini files again with your preferred settings including the settings you want to change or if it doesn't add it manually under Display section of SkyrimPrefs.ini

970 is better, it is comparable to 1060. But i am no expert, i can be wrong too. How much fps you get with your current card in skyrim? Do you also crash in small empty cell where there is no presence of npcs or has little or less lighting effects such as fire or direct lighting coming from windows or holes in caves. Do you enb boost installed? Then you should install srtcrashfix.dll it fixes a lot of bugs with FNIS.

Is your FOV set at default 65 degrees or above?

That enb of yours uses old binaries just in case you didn't know. Perhaps removing it might help u to solve your problem just try it once or you could also try to enabling this effect in enb "useoriginalobjectprocessing" and disable all other effects except shadows however it may render wonky reflections on water but it will give u more fps gain and most of all making the enb less taxing on your GPU. Or you can just completely disable all the effects of enb by unchecking the "use effects" or something option. ENBs are actually better to be used with GPUs having atleast 3gb memory or else it is a flop show. Something barely hanging on thread. And do sort your load order once more i don't think it is in right order. Change order of some plugins manually first and then sort it with loot. Do it few times, sometimes it just doesn't work once. Silly but can i ask you one thing? How often does this error happen or it just happened once?

What he means is that the skyrim's game engine cannot perform well above 60 fps. If you are getting for instance over 60 fps say 80 fps, the game will behave like it is falling apart. To fix this problem people use old vsync method to limit framerate to 60 fps. You can do it in skyrim's own settings or through Nvidia control panel or with enb, if you are using that. But to tell you about my personal experience, i had vsync on from the day i played this game and i still observed these things happening in game, common being flying elephant's and things falling everywhere when entering an interior cell such as player houses. But i once deliberately put the vsync off and guess what happened? No more stuttering for me. since this is also a common and annoying issue in this game, i decided to go with vsync off and only bug i have observed so far with it is, weird faster map, it is way way faster that i can barely navigate it accurately.

Did you try directly? Also you need to have an active internet connection and download masterlist in the loot first before sorting your plugins.

Press Tilde key ~ to bring up the console then type "Showracemenu" without quotes. Press ~ key again and keep navigating right untill you see camera tab. It is like character creation menu, the one you get introduced to at the very beginning of game. If you don't have racemenu by expired installed then forget it and post your mod list here so people here can you help better way.

Probably a bow animation or the mod that alters the game's camera mechanics. Also do check racemenu's last tab named camera or something and see if u haven't changed camera scale accidently or intentionally there. Defaut scale is 0 for both 1st and 3rd person.

Did you try disabling Detailed shadows or use the lowest preset possible since it is the only way to fix the weird a$$ shadow bug on character and npcs Adaptation Image based lighting Subsurface scattering Cloud shadows Particle lights Soft particles Did you disable the skyrim's antialiasing already? since now you are using enb's AA and also what preset of settings is being used in skyrim's native launcher option section? It is ultra, high or mixed? And don't worry about your GPU it is going to perform good as long as you avoid labouring the shlt outta it.

Your load order is probally not right. It so happens sometimes loot does not sort plugins correctly. In my load order heels sound.esm is above hdthighheel.esm with 10 to 8 plugins in between and skyui.esp is above xpmse.esp and below racemenu.esp and racemenuplugin.esp. but i could be wrong because there are many other plugins in your load order that i don't have, loot must be sorting it according to your plugins list. Also you should try crash fixes. P.S your video card isn't that powerful you should avoid using all the features your enb offers. Also monitor how much ram is being utilized when you are in crowded places. mine crash after 6.5k ram usage and before that it was 4.5k to 5k. Idk what i did right to make it use more ram and blah blah. It is a dumb game and not meant to be played with mods lol

Install crash fixes. If there are other requirements or other recommendations by the author try them too and also try using LOOT to sort your plugins, it will help u alot. I didn't see it first but ur load order is sure not right. You can run loot directly or through mod manager. I recommend using it directly.

Does it also crash when pressing quests journal key or navigating to system tab from there?

Are u trying to extract blood from living npcs or dead? You need extract it from dead npc. Also when i did it i extracted blood from dead npcs named after their respective race such as npc named imperial, redguard or orc etc. You should also try it.

Your modlist man? You know this kinda issue needs deep analysis. And no, the hdt wouldn't cause it.
