I've been getting this error message when I try to download SkyUi on NMM. I use Skyrim LE, anyone know what this means or how i could fix it?

So i've been unable to download SkyUi for Skyrim LE because of a strange error. I'm using NMM, and this error appears when I try to install SkyUi. Anyone know what this means or how to fix it?

Yeah i'm really kinda frustrated at this point. I'm pretty s#*! at diagnosing problems like this, and its essentially crippling my game. This is what my Skyrim folder looks like, maybe there is a hint as to the problem here? I don't really know, but I hope someone can help me fix it eventually.

So i chose the Skyrim folder as my install directory, and then after it downloaded tried to install SkyUi, a dependant mod. I got this error.

Hey, thanks for responding. So I'm using Skyrim with all DLC, and i have been downloading SKSE from silverlock. I get this message when i try to download it.

So recently i've been having an issue where SKSE has been downloading incorrectly and mods that rely on it cannot function, kinda crippling my game. I have since done my best to 100% completely un-install all skyrim mods as well as NMM and Skyrim itself multiple times and re-installing, only to have SKSE re-download an still not work. Is there a chance that it is re-downloading incorrectly, and if so how can I return it to its normal state? I've tried downloading SKSE through Steam, through an installer, and manually, and the same result occurs each time. Would appreciate any insight.
