[I'm having mannequin trouble,]

The mannequins in my game are alive, in a way, but i can't actually equip them with armour, or they come with their own iron armour and can't be interacted with. They move around like people in game, however they stay in the same spot. I don't have any mannequin mods, so i was wondering if anyone knows of any mods that alter mannequins?

I'm looking for a mod that replaces/re textures/overhauls the armour worn by the Imperials. I have one for the Stormcloaks, but I can't find one for Imperials. Any suggestions?
