  1. Is there anyone else interested in added a visual arc for throwing weapons/grenades in New Vegas. Seen here, as it is in Fallout 4: http://www.carls-fallout-4-guide.com/gamepictures/special-stats/perception/xdemolition-expert.jpg.pagespeed.ic.2o3jNEa74f.jpg I really like throwing weapons in New Vegas, but they are very rough to aim: I was thinking this would make a nice perk.
  2. I didn't check the thread for a few days and this masterpiece was here! Awesome! Personally, I'd like to use the model to replace the Mechanist's laser pistol in FO3 (middle of a FO3 energy playthrough right now).
  3. Has anyone ever seen or interested in creating a "pistol version" of the tri-beam laser rifle. The idea would be merging in the handle of the laser pistol, with the "barrel" portion of the tri-beam laser rifle. Most of the weapon is similar to the laser pistol, so I think it would work ascetically. However, taking apart the Tri-beam rifle model is a little beyond my current skills. If anyone knew of a model that was already "in pieces," I would be able to copy/paste the pieces in nifskope, to make something knew.
  4. I think this would be really easy to do, if we had a "banana peel" model and had it rigged in a similar manner to a mine. There is already the knockdown effect in the game, it would take about 2 seconds to throw together, if the model/rigged was done. Creating a new model and rigging it are beyond my current skills however.
  5. i've seen this mod before, but always didn't like that they weren't very immersive/lore friendly. i was wondering if you could have an option were it's all just vanilla underwear and every clothed npc has them equipped, no crafting or retextures, just lootable vanilla, that would be amazing I think this is the mod you want gluumba. http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/23817
  6. There is this mod for NV. http://newvegas.nexusmods.com/mods/47085 However, it uses elements from NV weapons, so noone will mod it over for you, as it is a bannable offense on the nexus. If you have NV though, it'd be easy-peasy to install it to play with in NV.
  7. Hello, I have a question regarding combining weapon mods. As you know if you spend 10 minutes on the nexus, there are a ton of weapon mods. I have found a bunch I would like to combine into one esp, simply by using something FO3edit to copy the "weapon" category/input from one esp into another (I will manually add these new weapons to leveled lists/select NPC's later). I have tried playing around with FO3edit and using a few guides, yet it none of the methods seem to work. I could add them all manually by hand (by copying a current weapon/new ID/change mesh), but that would take a long time and I wouldn't learn anything new about the geck/esp file structure/etc. Assuming I can find a method, I would like to make a armor mod as well. Does anyone know of a good tutorials or have a minute to write a short "how-to"?
  8. I cannot mod in skyrim myself, but you could probably find some interested modders to make things as simple as swords. You could probably "make" characters too by playing around with different hair and body replacer mods. I don't think that would be very hard.
  9. I have had trouble finding out any info on this on the forum/google. (not much explanation on the GECK wiki either) I'm making a small mod (personal use, uses other modder's resources/NV stuff so cannot release) to add some weapons and armor, to diversify NPC's. I can add weapons/armor into geck, but I am having trouble getting certain NPC's to make use of their leveled lists. For example, I removed Moira's armor and added a leveled list for armor to her inventory. Instead of wearing one of the items from the leveled list, she walks around w/o clothes. Do leveled lists only work the first time a NPC loads? (like how new raiders/super mutants spawn when you get to their area) Can they not be used so that NPC's would change their armor overtime? ( Like that everytime I went to megaton, the game would reload Moira and pull something random off her leveled list). I feel bad b/c it seems like leveled lists should be simple, but they are driving me a little up a wall.
  10. I did not see this topic posted (I may have missed it, if so my bad). What I would really like to see is a ability to sort tracked mods in a folder like structure, similar to making folders for emails in Gmail or other email site. It might just be me, but I have a few pages of tracked mods. It would be super helpful to be able to make a "weapon mods" folder, "armor mods", "player houses", etc.
