I was thinking for a while how fun and how much a great idea it would be to make a mod from the tv show the colony mainly stuff from season 2 and the replayable factor will be high since there will be a 50/ 60 day time limit to build craft defend scavange and hunt food. Also using fallout new vegas for this is perfect because all the sources are there. Here are some ideas and if anyone is interested let me know I think this will be very possible to make and fairly simple setup: First have a door to a sandbox zone and have the map setup like the tv show in season 2 Safe Zone - Warehouse Militia camp thieves bad guys river houses burned houses Trucks/ cars A Boat to get to river to travel piles to scavange/ crates Wild animals canned food storage water containers to catch rain crafting weapons for followers and other colonists guns are rare and have to be made. Elements from wasteland defense finding boards parts etc from wasteland defense having limited parts in inventory then using them to build defense Have interactive parts around safe zone/ camp to use parts give other colonists tasks to do and crafting and it takes time Hardcore mode need for food water sleep crafting table find recipies around the area to craft each colonist if you have them as a follower can craft special things acforing to their skills and perks random attacks with raid alarm The main goal of the mod is to scavenge enough food water and components for building 2 boats or building a bus/ car to escape by finding parts around the map. and so far this sounds good. My skills: im familiar with GECK/TESC I can use GIMP to retexture im not to skilled in nifskope yet What I mainly would like to learn is how to make a sandbox land and create the colony in it with plenty of places to explore and many encounters.

Well I looked through all the mods my bad :( I must've missed it :( and I just said kittens as an example because kittens dont freak me out like spiders do id rather look at them instead of 8 legged freaks XD

For example fire arrows which I seen someone shoot or double/ triple arrows shooting? or other types of special abilities Also can we create and name items and like in morrowind can we create our own spells? If not MOD MOD MOD IT one day plzz

Dang you bethesda the spiders are so gross man also how about a replacer for their cacoons eggs and webs >_< blehhhh So somebody please make a replacer for spiders Im suprised no one has yet unless we need the tools for that.

I am doing the College of Winterhold (Mages Guild) first real quest. I keep waiting outside of the designated spot but the teacher nor the students ever show up. Sorry I know questions about Saarthal have been posted before but this is really aggrivating I finally find out how to get in so I can finish the Forbidden Legen quest I click wait every hour for 24 hours and no one shows up i even leave and come back still nothing .

Well yeah atleast I let them arrest me since you cant pay off the bounty and those guards were constantly trying to arrest me. I even searched for hours to find a console command to get rid of my bounty. Nothing worked. Its either fight or go to jail or never show your face in that town again. Going to jail unlocks a new quest so thats a positive thing anyways. As for the best course of action in my opinion... Talk to the guy. Killing him got me in trouble. Theres no marker for it on the world map. Its located near understone keep. (Cheers btw for the tip on using the ''unlock'' cc on that gate, didn't work though. Tried that command on several locks btw an it never has worked.) Aw ok cheers thanks for the reply Im going to mess around with that later all I want to do is kill the forsworn and not be arrested lol but if I cant find a way to do this Ill just get the quest.

You go meet the guy that hands you that note after the woman gets stabbed at talos shrine. he sends you to do some detective work. When you complete that and go back to talos shrine guards have killed him and pin it on you. You need to let them arrest you. You will be taken to cidhna mine, wich you then must escape... In there you must meet with a guy named Madanach and either escape with him or kill him. I have to get arrested? :( I wonder when they made the quest if they thought how many people would be a wussy and get arrested ok I guess I'll do that or do you have a map marker of the place can you screenshot it or tell me a nearby location? And what do you recommend I do after getting arrested to not screw up the game?

I just asked about this please what do I do after I find the guy dead at talos shrine do I have to submit to jail?? Or where exactly is cidna mine located? Marcvss I know its cheating sort of but if you press the ~ button in the game click on the door and type unlock you can get your stuff back but idk this quest is retarted it ended with three guards at the Talos shrine and idk what to do after that because I killed all the guards (20 or so) and then theres no more part of the quest..

Ok so I'm out doing the first quest for the Companion Guild and it's to intimidate the chick I had a brawl with already but on the way over to her some guy want's me to have a drinking contest so I say ok why not I end up in Markath Then I see a women get shanked in the street and a strange character hands me a note I meet up with him and he tell's me about a conspiracy with the Forsworn so I go on and get side tracked do the mission I go back to turn in the last part of it and the man is dead there are 3 guards there that want to take me to jail so I figure it's part of the mission and I guess it isnt so I end up killing 30 or so guards now I'm stuck with an outrageous bounty. The only info I have is the leaders name and a place called Cidna Mine I figured that would be a quest I have to find this place and kill the forsworn but nope I'm left with this bounty and idk what to do. Anyone else got to this yet? Am I supposed to be a wuss lose all my stolen stuff and go to jail? I tried going to kill the Jarl but he just goes unconcious :/ LAME (cant wait for a mod to change that like in oblivion/morrowind...) but idk how to clear the stupid bounty and I'm lost now.

Thanks both you guys for reply yeah I'll look better but it's been a few in game days the dead bodies are still there so hopefully its still there. and yeah I think I should get started on getting my crafting skill up.

It didnt hit me until I realized where my sword has gone I was in Rebel's Cairn fighting Red-Eagle and he cast a spell that unbound my Ebony Sword I figured it just wen't back to my inventory so without paying attention in the heat of battle I used bound sword beat him took his sword and left the cave. Wen't on I did a bunch of quests then I go into a battle and wan't to equip my Ebony Sword and it's gone! D: idk what to do now I went back to Rebel's Cain and looked everywhere. Is there anywhere I can find another Ebony Sword i don't quite remember where I found it but I loved this sword and was also my fav in Oblivion Im sure I can craft another one but idk how long until I can is there a consle command or any place anyone know's I can find another? Thanks

Can we still make our own spells like in morrowind? if not that's lame and I wanna see a mod for it! and also the whole crafting system pickaxes and stuff is copied right from Nehrim (Oblivion mod) Nice going Bethesda!
