So how do I fix it??

Hi. I would love if someone know what the problem is. I had I mod I wanted to uninstall, but NMM crashes when I did so, so I removed the mod manually, Now when I open NMM it says it cant find the mod (Cus I removed it) and it says if I choose NO it will uninstall it, but when I do click NO I get the same error message as I did when I tried to uninstall it in NMM ''Not enough disk space'' please help me
