  1. Ok, so first off I'm not very experienced with NifSkope, but I think what I'm asking isn't that difficult. Skyrim spell nifs have different parts and animation to them for the different possible functions of the spell. The one I'm interested in is the ward spells...I'm trying to make a custom one, but until I can finish figuring out how to animate that sucker in 3ds Max and putting it in the game, I wanted to give it one of the default ward animations. Problem is, the nif for wards has like 6 gamebryo animations, only one of which I want. Does anyone know how to cut out the rest and just use that one? I tried just deleting branches that I didn't want in there in the hopes of forcing the one I wanted (probably blasphemous to experienced modders but whatever), which crashes the CK when you try to load it in. It looks nice in the render window of NifSkope, but CK doesn't like it. Any help is appreciated! If this works I'm uploading a kinda-sorta-beta version (functional but not how I want it to look) to the Nexus.
  2. The title really says it but I'll go into detail anyway. When you're in combat your face gets all scunched up, which theoretically I guess makes sense but in practice it just ruins the look of the character I worked hard on. In killcams I don't want to look at that desecration of my character's beautiful face lol. Is there any way to just let my character keep his normal face? Or is there some kind of morph that doesn't look gross? The only file I've managed to find is hidden and the forums I found are all old and unsolved...any help is appreciated!
  3. I know this is an old-ish thread but thank you SOOO much for posting that last one! I was searching for HOURS trying to find the mod that was causing this problem! That one didn't even cross my mind. For anyone else that may have this problem, this worked perfectly for me :) I hand't even had a chance to use it yet but it still caused the issue. For whatever reason forges and smelters were exempt though...anyway I'm rambling. Thanks again!
