Since the Raider settlements came out, i've thought often how some of it could translate to a Brotherhood system.
-Radiant Quest to appropriate a settlement to fortify
-Brotherhood radio (possibly a mod in itself) to coordinate soldiers to the outpost, and spread propaganda
-Brotherhood would also dislike farming, and would require you to get vassal farms (Linked with Procter Teagan's quest)
-Unique Brotherhood happiness items like a Target dummy item, PA Frame constructor (requires items)
I think there is a lot of potential here to increase brotherhood immersion, whether you are a White Knight, or Black Knight type character. -
Thanks man! I did very light searching, but the pessimist in me got the best, will further my intrigue in the future.

Wouldn't it be sweet if the TVs you power in settlements played the S.P.E.C.I.A.L Series, along with the other fallout 3 commercials.

Companions don't require fusion cores for some reason.
What i'm looking for is a way to make the power armor not break off for companions, because it happens too fast. -
Providing upkeep on companion power armor is stressful due to AI of Power Armor'd Companions.
I'm not sure how to do this without the creation kit, any good-neighboors please halp. -
So I'm new to modding, and I've followed every direction i've been given in regards to Editing an abandoned building and linking it to a copy of an Interior cell and editing it. within the G.E.C.K. the changes exists, but when in the game the changes have not showed up. The plugin is in the correct load order and there are no error messages, but the changes do not exist.
My question is, why?

Audio stuttering in Main Menu, Pause Menu, and Pipboy after a while.

Since the release of the game, I have battled with this issue off and on. On Windows 7 I could simply place my saves in a secondary folder to remove the issue, but on Windows 10 it persist no matter what action I take.
-I've changed the hz at which my speaker and headset play sound.
-I've reinstalled the game.
-I've played with no mods.
-I've updated Windows, Graphics and Audio drivers.
-Removed all files from Documents except Fallout 4's
-Deleted and verified the Main Menu video and mp3 file.
-Replaced the Main Menu entirely.
