  1. A mod on Xbox that straight up deletes Liberty Prime assets from the game at this point would even be beneficial if thats easier. You could just put into the description ONLY USE AFTER MAIN QUEST or something.
  2. Hello, so I understand you guys on PC have the console and can "disable" NPCs out of existence which I have heard some people do to resolve my particular issue, but alas, I am playing on Xbox. My issue is I joined the Brotherhood of Steel and had them help me destroy the Institute during the main quest. Afterwards, I took Preston up on his offer to become General of the Minutemen and eventually decided to declare war on the Brotherhood of Steel. Now this is where the problems start. During my time in the Brotherhood I helped them reconstruct Liberty Prime. I thought maybe he would join the counter-attack on the Castle but he never did. So after I destroyed the Brotherhood I went to the Boston Airport and there was Liberty Prime, still activated and pissed off at me. As some here may know, he is invulrable to damage, and even if you can turn that off he has 5 million HP. You folks on PC could use the console command "disable" and be done with him, but no such luck on Xbox. I have checked the mod pages fairly well and see nothing to fix this problem. From both a gameplay and roleplay perspective (The Minutemen probably wouldn't be okay with a giant hostile robot wandering not too far from the Castle) I really want this thing out of my game. Anyone able to help? This mod could even be nice to have on PC, a more "lore-friendly" way to get rid of Liberty Prime in this circumstance. Maybe have his body in the wreckage of the Prydwen to make it seem like it landed on him. Honestly though, I'd take as something as simple as Liberty Prime being removed from the game straight up.

  4. Hey guys, There was an old mod for Oblivion (cant remember the name) where after the player becomes Sheogorath, he could participate in some friendly battles with fellow daedric lord Dagon. It was set up really cool, where the player got to choose different kinds of units that cost different amounts of points, and obviously had a set amount of points he could spend. The objective was to capture the enemies base while defending your own. You could tell the units which path to take and tell some to stay and guard your base. It was just a really cool, tactical RTS-like mod. I was just wondering if there was anything like this for Skyrim? Obviously, it doesn't have to be daedric lords. Just something that involves battles the player can participate in and make tactical decisions. Stuff like that. Thanks for your time guys.
  5. I just use a mod called "mercenaries" that allows you to hire as many mercenaries as you want but they have a daily wage so you can't have too many or you will quickly run out of money. I counter act the wages by buying real-estate with another mod that gives me a weekly income from my properties. This basically pays for the mercenaries wages and thus I have my own army and nothing to do with them. So no mods that are army friendly then?
  6. Hey guys. I have a ton of mods that allow me to build up a large army to fight with. To counter act this I have many mods that increase spawns, random encounters, and combat difficulty. My only problem now is I kinda have a lack of things to do with my new-found army. So here I am, asking for suggestions! If you guys know of any mods that would be really fun to play with a personal army just list it here! The ideal situation would be a mod that adds some kind of never-ending war that I could participate in. Like I could bring my army to take over a town just to have the enemy take it back later. Well thanks for your time I hope to get some cool suggestions!
  7. I've played and love the CWO. My problem with that mod is that things are still rather.....linear. I mean a HUGE improvement over vanilla. But for the most part unless you loose your first 3-4 battles, most of it still plays out like vanilla. I know he is trying to make the war even more dynamic eventually, but right now the man is on a much needed vacation.

  9. Hello everyone. I have been looking for a dynamic war/conquest mod for Fallout: NV for years now so I figured I would post this to see if I have missed something like this. What I'm looking for is a mod that allows the player to join or create an army that can take over territories and have to defend captured territories from other factions trying to take it back. Kinda like a Total War type thing. In fact, basically what I'm looking for is this mod: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/34959/? but where the player can actually be apart of the battles. Whether its a single mod or a combination of mods that basically make this concept up, does anyone know of mods like this? Thank you.

  14. I would definantly LOVE to see what Taleworlds could do with a large budget. That I agree with. But in a day of age where virtually ALL big name companies seem to sell-out and do whatever they can to get the greatest income possible, I feel like Bethesda has pulled through a lot. I wish the two companies could somehow merge together, with Taleworld's sense of scale, and Bethesda's attention to detail (plus of course TES universe).
  15. Figured as much. I hoped for fives years a mod like this would be made in Oblivion, and it never did. I got that feeling its gonna be another rough 5 years haha. The Elder Scrolls series has so much more depth and freedom then Mount and Blade. If we could get the concept of Mount and Blade integrated into Skyrim, well, there's not much more good that could happen to Skyrim in my opinion.
  16. So if there is one thing Skyrim is lacking its the ability to form your very own army or guild. Sure you could use mods like UFO or EFF to recruit multiple followers, but we all know thats not what I mean. What I mean is starting as nothing, and building up to everything. Starting out as a small bounty hunter gang, and eventually becoming a popular guild. From their, maybe even a military force that the Stormcloaks and the Empire will have to worry about. I'm talking about the ability to really be the leader of an organization, gaining territory, wealth, power, and recruits. This is one thing I've desired since I first played Oblivion. My question to you guys is, one, is there anything even close to this currently out? And two, if not, is there anyone willing to start such a project? I know its quite a lot to ask for, but who the hell wouldn't enjoy being the ruler of an army that you could customize, send out on missions, and do your bidding? Thanks in advance to anyone that posts.
  17. Just finished the Civil War with my new Empire Commander character. My troops will be participating in battles from the WARZONES mod, in preparation for the chaos WIS 5.0 will bring. The Empire will be ready for war.
  18. Well after a few test I didn't have any problems with Mercenaries. Besides maybe a few weird instances. Such as, despite the mods claim, I always get the same model of Merc, with different equipment yes, but still clones. Also, one time two of my Mercs simply disappeared and later I got word that they had died? BUT the mod does some things really well such as formations. You can actually have some Mercs walk RIGHT beside you on each side, giving you an Overlord type feel. Kinda like Darth Vader with a Storm Trooper walking next to him on both sides. Badass.

  20. Don't pressure Gasti you, guy.... they're working hard and what they need less is impatient people telling them to speed it up or asking for and estimated release date. If they've come this far is because they want to finish the mod, and they will whenever they do. Impatience will not speed up the release of Wars in Skyrim, so please.... don't try to get information that isn't available yet from them or anybody; it's a bad idea. :thumbsup: Just enjoy Skyrim for a while and when you're least expecting it, BAM!!! Wars in Skyrim will be done and ready. Well you see, this mod has amazing potential, and I am really excited to play it like everyone else. I'm usually a patient person, but unfortunately, I only have about two months before I get shipped to boot camp. I'm joining the Marines and therefore, after three months of non-stop training (three months away from the outside world completely) I will still have very limited time to do things like play games (and this mod) for another four years (the length of my contract). At that point I plan to get out and go to college using government funds. But at that point TES 6 will likely be out and therefore all of this futile. Basically, I was getting greedy and wanted at least one month of plenty free time to play this amazing mod haha. My bad, sorry for the impatience.
  21. Damn :(.................you guys have any kind of estimated time of release? If the mod is half done, can't see it taking too long. At least for a beta version.
  22. Well this is very good news, but while we are waiting, could you release the stable version of WIS gave you? I really want to try it out!
  23. I still haven't tried it yet, I will install it soon and let you know if I have problems. While both mods do in fact make the game easier, I plan on installing mods that increase the difficulty by adding enemy spawns and increasing overall damage of weapons, creating a more realistic world that pretty much forces players to travel in some sort of group or army. By the time I am satisfied, my Skyrim will basically be transformed into a world fueled by war and a world where travelling / doing quest alone is blatantly suicide.
