Restarting didn't help. I don't want to Delete my game files, because Skyrim takes a long time to download.

So, today I started up Skyrim for the first time in a few days, and I had just clicked the play button after waiting for the mods to finish downloading, and I got this:

I opened Skyrim and tried again, and still I got the same error. I tried removing all my mods, but yet again, the same thing. Could someone help me?
