Update: I can make a new character, but whenever I open up the menu, it CTDs again.

After. I select the save, wait through the loading screen, and as soon as it ends, it CTDs.

I can boot up the game normally, and upon finishing a long loading screen, the game immediately CTDs. I have no idea what the issue is. It worked fine, yesterday, and I haven't changed any mods for a while. Any help?
