I couldn't load Fallout 4 no matter what i tried, eventually i uninstalled the game, uninstalled nexus mod manager, deleted every folder that had to do with either, reinstalled the game, added 0 mods or F4se to the game, and it still wont go past 2 seconds of black loading screen.
