thank you! all i had to do was turn off game aa and everything is back to normal.

When I start the game wit the regular launcher it works fine, but I dont get most of my mods that need obse. When I load the game with obse_loader.exe it starts up fine, the bethesda logo pops up and when i hit enter or even if i let it just go through the motions it eventually ends up at the menu with no options. The options are there, you can scroll over them and hear them. I can even get in the game but when I do its all distorted. I'll list my mods maybe someone here can relate? I can also post my shader list if thats important.
