So it was really early in my playthrough when I joined the companions and after the end where Farkas shows where we can sleep. After that I know usually I have to complete a radiant quest from either Aela,Farkas,Vilkas or idk who else. I did one for Aela and after that I couldn't take up any more work the quest markers for the companions disappeared. There is no quest in the miscellaneous quests or one dedicated for the companions and when I talk to whoever in the companions the option for work is missing (even to Skjor who is supposed to give me the quest for the fragment). I don't have any mods that alters the guild the only one that does something is the immersive patrols mod which makes companions travel across skyrim and you can encounter them on jobs and I have had this mod for a couple of playthroughs and it hasn't have had any effect on the guild I have been able to complete the questline on other characters. I tried forcing the next quest to start but after talking to Skjor the quest marker remains above his head. I can't return to an earlier save because I started it at level 5 and now I am 39. If anyone has any suggestions I would be grateful.

I have them all installed and checked in the plugins menu but when I start the game they do not work. And when I leave the game and open NMM again they are all deselected I have played with NMM before and this problem never happened. Recently I reinstalled windows and I installed skyrim with NMM and now I have this problem which previously I didn't.
