So I like to organize my mods in the game mod menu instead of Nexus mod Manager. I've noticed when I look at the list on NExus it doesn't look the same as my mod list in the game. Does organizing my mods in the game effect the Nexus mods or should I organize my mods on the manager instead?

I don't see it on Bethesda for PC or Xbox. If you have mod already installed when the author removes it from a site it stays on your system. I don't believe such a huge and popular mod would get removed so there must be something going on.

I don't see it on Nexus anymore.
