I had mods,but disabled them. And I am using steam to load the game.

What the title says. I have no mods,all i have is dawnguard,im running on high quality graphics settings. I have verified the integrity of the file cache with and without SkyrimPrefs in it,I have adjusted my sound to 24 bit/ 48k hz,and ive tried running the game on the lowest settings. This is about the third time this has happened and the tactics i used before aren't doing anything.
