I managed to create a version that can replace him over any firelink NPC but the textures do not work. If I go fishing for it I'm sure the file is still on my PC somewhere. Let me know if you are interested

I figured out how to add the Big Chungus model over Andre but I can't get the texture I made to work. In game it appears as completely black. Anyone know how to fix this?
