  1. I'm sorry to revive this, but I thought some people would like to know a possible way to prevent this bug (I haven't found a fix). When you get to Solstheim, complete the ENTIRE main storyline of the DLC. NO side quests of ANY importance or type. I had this problem on my last character where I'd done some not main story quests on Solstheim before I got to the point where I should have gotten "Path of Knowledge", and when I made a new character I got to the point where I got the quest before I did anything else. There may be some more bugs down the line that I don't know about yet, though. Edit: I started a new character after I made my original post and once again went through the main quest with no side quests until I completed The Fate of the Skaal. Once again, The Path of Knowledge did not start. My current character DID get The Path of Knowledge, and the only things I remember doing differently were I did not interact with the pillar near Raven Rock, and my character was under level 73 as opposed to my previous almost level 100 character (I was at 72 when I got The Path of Knowledge, but I leveled up a couple times in between arriving in Raven Rock for the first time and getting The Path of Knowledge)
  2. I am having the same problem, although I don't have any mods that mess with venders. Has anyone found another cause/cure for this? Any and all help is appreciated!
  3. (This is mostly copied and pasted from my gamefaqs post, but I am the person who posted both.) So, I enter Dead Men's Respite, and before I even take the claw, the zombie-like things (I don't know how to spell it) wake up and attack me. I kill them and take the claw, but the ghost won't move (I've also tried taking the claw before killing the enemies). He just stands at the entrance, not doing anything. I've tried killing him (my attacks go through him like he's not even there) and the "sealed door" is unlocked. When I get to Olaf's room, it's just a Zombie Overlord, not Olaf. I've been scouring the internet for the past 2 days, and I can't find any solutions. I've disabled and enabled the ghost, tried starting the quest with console commands, and I eventually found that there's a separate quest "MS05_dunDeadMensRespiteQST" that controls the ghost's progression, and when I try the getstage command, it says I'm at stage 0. I've tried setting the stage with commands, but it doesn't work. The sqv <quest id> command says that the quest that controls the ghost is "disabled", and I've tried the "startquest" command, that failed as well. Does anyone have any idea what I could do? Thanks for reading this if/when you do!
  4. It's still not working I'm afraid... I've searched all of the folders for this game with the search bar (so not by hand/manually) and deleted all the "ili" files. Although, the files I deleted were not marked as ".ili" files, so I think I may have downloaded something wrong... Should I just re install NMM and/or SkyrimSE? If so, how do I do that? Thank you for all your help so far!

  6. Okay, so I installed this mod called "Enderal" and it ruined my NMM. I've managed to repair it, but now the launcher won't let me play! I have all the mods together, they are all compatible, all the required files are there, and it lets me boot up the game to the smaller window with the options "Play, Options, Support, Quit" and when I click "Play" it closes the game! I've been spending the last 3 days repairing the launcher, re downloading everything, and getting all the files into the correct folders. Does anyone know what to do?! Any and all help is appreciated!
