Which folders did you copy? And did you replace everything? http://wiki.tesnexus.com/index.php/How_to_install_Oblivion_mods There could also be an archive invalidation issue. You'll have to use a program like OBMM or BAIN (part of Wrye Bash) to fix it.

I see the "OblivionReloadedArenaCombat.esp", but afaik, I don't remember installing that last time I downloaded OR. It's also insisted in All Natural's readme to use Enhanced Vegetation instead of Natural Vegetation. And which type of 'saves do you use? I've heard overwritten, quick, and even auto saves increase crashes and whatnot. It's mainly (if not only) for the male version of the Shrouded Armour edited by Vanilla Gear Redux. Potion & poison bottles are added strapped on to one of the belts in the armour.

If I can recall correctly when I last used the plugin, the entrance/exit isn't bugged at all, it was just moved. The new entrance are just behind Hundolin and his new guard. You'll end up finding yourself in the arena pit instead of the bloodworks, but the doors to the rooms are nearby.
