[Skyrim Loading Screen Smoke Blocky and Gridlike]

Exactly what it says on the tin: loading screen and main menu screenâs smoke is very blocky and gridlike, with large grey-ish and slightly miscoloured sideways square-ish and somewhat transparent blocks filling up the screen and rising up. Donât know whether it affects the actual game, as I currently donât have time to play right now. I recently installed some mods, so it could be a mod issue.

[Skyrim Random CTDs]

In Skyrim, my game randomly crashes to the desktop without any warning. It seemed to do fine in Vanilla, and it crashes most often near the Windhelm docks (especially near a bone altar, which is added by the Ordinator mod) and at a bandit outpost just beyond the Rabbit Hole (Rabbit Hole from the Rabbit Hole mod, I think the bandit outpost is vanilla, but it also says that a location from Beyond Reach is discovered when I near the rabbit hole) and it used to crash near the Solitude docks, but upon investigating I found that two ships were stuck together. After deleting one of the mods that spawned in the ships, crashes happen less often over there.

 

In addition, one of my mods (Beyond Reach) is still active in the game, even though I deleted it and it no longer shows up in the load order.

[Skyrim Random CTDs]

While playing Skyrim, I'm sometimes getting random CTDs either completely randomly or when entering certain buildings. Some locations where I'm almost guarenteed to crash are the Windhelm docks and (mostly near a bone altar that's part of the Ordinator mod) a bandit outpost just beyond the Rabbit Hole (rabbit hole mod, obviously) (also says that I've found a location from Beyond Reach, which I've uninstalled). Previously, I also used to crash near the Solitude docks, but finding out that two ships from different mods were inside each other, I uninstalled one of them and the crashes mostly stopped. Also, one of my mods-Beyond Reach-is still (kind of) active in the game, even though it's uninstalled and doesn't show up in my load order.

I was attempting to install Beyond Reach again, after noticing that the mod was still somewhat present in the game after uninstalling. However, upon attempting to install, I got this error:

 

"A problem occurred during install:

Failed to roll back.

What it says on the tin. But it only does it when looking at followers' inventory; not my own, not containers, not anything else. It freezes before the inventory loads. Followers are Vorstag and Lydia, if it matters. Mod list:
