I'll try to reinstall the game from scratch, just keeping my saves

I play on a laptop, but powerfull enough to run the game for 2/3 days of playing (regarding my saves) The crashes happen after maybe 30sec in game I am on vortex, i can't find my modlis, but it says some pluging have missing masters, maybe the error is from here?
