Alright, so I could reinstall it to its original state, but now I'm getting constant startup crashes. Even when I validate the game cache in Steam, it just crashes immediately after the "Bethesda" logo at the beginning. Very annoying.

Hello everyone. A couple months ago I installed this "New Vegas Redesigned" mod without backing up any of my Data Files. Just recently I went to go play the game after a long hiatus, and it crashed constantly. I'm assuming this is because of the Redesigned mod, as it never happened before. Now I'm trying to take the game back to its original state with the original data files, but the Steam option to "Delete Local Content" doesn't do anything useful. So, is there a way to restore the game to its original state, Data Files and everything?

I like the Ranger Vest Outfit, but it has an annoying first-person animation problem. When using a one-handed weapon, part of the outfit keeps popping up on the left hand side of the screen. Could somebody fix this?

When playing New Vegas I get an annoying clipping \ flickering issue with distant mountains. I've tried adjusting the distant LOD, land quality, object fade - nothing seems to work. Although the game is still perfectly playable, this issue is very distracting. Here are my PC's specifications:
