There's a mod that's causing my game to freeze when ever a day phases to evening or morning.... I can't figure which one it is because when I take all mods out I can not even load into my save. I can only load into saves that have no mods. Anyone else have similar issues with certain mods?

That's kool, but there should just be a mod, so that noobs such as myself won't mess around and destroy my game files. lol

Can someone please make a mod that allows more than that 20 settlers cap, or a mod that totally removes the cap, but still shows how many settlers populates you settlement.

I remember having this mod on skyrim, so I know it's possible. Can someone please make a mod that allow you to recruit any NPC as a follower for Fallout 4. I know many people would appreciate it. Can someone please make a mod that allows me to kill everyone! I need to this mod bad, so I can head shot a**hole NPCs that turn on me when I kill the children on Fallout 4 :3 Whenever I massacre a town, there's always those un-killable NPCs, who over time recovers their health and are annoying as hell(companions included). Yes, I know that killing the un-killable cane break the game, but that's what we have multiple save slots for. I and I'm sure many other people would appreciate this mod. Thanks!

Thiese methods do help, but after a while they become too tedious just to build things they way we like, So we still need a mod that will disable collision. Thanks for the method guys, but we need a mod asap.
