    I have found a solution or a workaround, simply run nexus mod manager as administrator and it will install mods again. Let me know if it works.

    I have the exact same problem. I want to fix it. Are you using The ashen or Oriental beauty mod? Can you post your mod list, to compare and see the possible mod causing this. I have heard that the face will always reset to sad face whenever you sprint.

    Fallout 3/New Vegas Graphics where terrible, so instead of complaining about it I decided to Make a mod also as a Personal Graphics Design Project: Fallout New Vegas Extreme Graphics Overhaul (FNV EGO). Started this mod about one and a half years ago, I started with Fallout 3...Anyway, here is the trailer. Note: English is not my first language.
