No game at all, It just doesn't start. the skyrim symbol appears for a sec and then crashes again

Tried everything and it started for a while, Fast tripped to whiterun and freezed to hell. now it crashes at the start -.- deactivated almost all the mods and still crashing. what to do.

And if someone could help me with the spoiler stuff that didn't worked on the papyrus...it would be really appreciated... T_T
