  1. I am experiencing a very annoying lighting bug I've been trying to track down, and can't seem to figure out what is causing this.

Messing around v-sync does stop it from flickering between these two states, but it is only ever stable on setting 1, which makes the game look way too bright. None of my mods should be effecting the lighting besides ENB. There are too many lighting issues that google and forum searches just turn up a bunch of crappy unrelated issues, and just for reference I want my game to look like the darker version instead of this ambient lit piece of monkey trash I end up with. My Video cards is a Radeon R9 390x if that helps. I also seem to get FPS drops on V SYNC options that have this flicker between these two states. These two screenshots are from the same game instance, and I can get the same two lighting states flickering by strafing or moving the view perspective.

  2. I recently upgraded my motherboard and re installed windows. I kept my skyrim install on a separate hard drive, so it did not get wiped. All my mods still work and all the esm files etc are still listed in NMN. However the downloaded list of installed/uninstalled mods on the second tab is missing. I did not re install or move NMN. I ran it from the old hard drive under a new OS. Is there any way to recover the modlist ? What file stores it. NMN created new folders in my new my documents area, and i copied over the old files from the previous windows install and its not picking up anything on the mod list... This is makes it difficult to know what i still have installed, or what I would need to install again if I re installed skyrim. (Skyrim ran fine again after a few minor tweaks and creating a new ini with the launcher. Any help would be appreciated. The first time I ran NMN it make me do the initial setup again if that helps.

  3. The system is just flawed. I am running an assassin illusionist. So I need 1H for daggers, Sneak for Sneaking, Archery for Range. and Illusionist, light armor, lock picking etc. The game doesn't give you enough perks to raise up four trees, let alone being able to smith or enchant with that kind of character is impossible. You just can't get enough perks, and without perks, the skills are pretty useless.
  4. The leveling system in Skyrim sucks. You can't give extra perk points with the console and I can't find the stored perks value in the save file. Can anyone make a simple mod that increases the amount of perks you get when you level? How the game works is even if you increase your skills it doesn't do anything if you don't unlock the perks.

100 destruction is the same as 0 destruction if you have no perks in the tree. Its retarded, and forces one track characters.

  5. Is there any way to make it so you automatically gain the perks once reaching the required skill, I had a similar mod for fallout 3 and NV, and I prefer that method. Right now its retarded to waste perks in things like smithing when you don't gain anything useful from the tree til you can forge dragon armor.
  6. I've seen various screenshots with people sporting futuristic power armors. They have no helmets but headsets with attached camera or flashlights, but not the ugly bulky default ones. The Armors themselves look more futuristic. I can't seem to find any of these in the new vegas mods. Is this an old fallout 3 mod or an unreleased mod in progress? Anyone know. The Default power armors just look horrible, and I refuse to wear them.
