Try getting rid of all of your map ini tweaks (just delete everything under the [mapmenu] category from your skyrim.ini file). I had the problem and fixed it this way. If that doesn't work you can always use the "coc" and "cow" commands to teleport yourself.

If you have limited bandwidth, go with the box version. It will be a lot faster to (re)install. In any case, you are forced to use steam (which i will never use if i had the choice. IMO, it has a very lame updating system)

I was wondering exactly what the revertworld and resetinterior commands do (and how to use them if u guys know). Also, if i use them and load a previous save, will the command be undone?

I have the same problem, but I was able to fix the problem by uninstalling Advanced Kill Moves. If you guys have that mod and you are experiencing the glitch where you are unable to use right hand spells, try uninstalling it. Hopefully Grasmann would be able to fix the mod.
