  1. Could anyone produce a mod that can unlock nightmare mode for Alan Wake 2 on the first playthrough. I am a masochist type of player, so I don't want to waste time playing it on anything lower than nightmare. Thanks.
  2. Could a modder please make a mod where the hud on the bottom right, can be toggeled on/off with a hotkey OR make it dyamic so it only appears when you are in combat, i.e. light saber is equipped and active. I think it is not necessary to have it permanently visible when you are not in combat. And also, it would make us OLED display users a little less worried about burn in. Thank you to anyone who could do this!
  3. I know there are several scaling mods already, but I was wondering if anyone can make a mod that scales quest enemies upto the player level, which is what I believe the NG+ mode will do, but I havent unlocked NG+ yet and cannot be arsed to unlock it it just to do a new playthrough with quest enemies scaled.
  4. As title suggests, would it please be possible to make a mod/hack to unlock the games 'professional' difficulty without needing to finish the game first. I would like to play 'professional' on 1st playthrough. Thanks!
  5. Can anyone update the Immersive death and punishment mod for NG 4.0 or remake one that does something similar, i.e. permanent negative effect each time geralt dies by either XP loss, money loss, item loss or all of them etc.?
  6. Would really like some mods to be compatible with next gen W3, or remade if possible please. 1. Real economy or Lore Friendly Economy 2. Difficulty increasing mods, like Mortal Enemies Increasing Difficulty, or other difficulty increasing mod 3. Preparations Mod 4. Any other visual improving mods Much appreciated, thanks.
  7. I find it very absurd, that a survival game like this does not penalize you at all when you die in game. It makes exploration into risky areas and taking on enemies in combat feel very forgiving and comforting knowing that if I die, I will just respawn somewhere with no penalty at all. There is no suspense, or thrill in how death works in DL2. Is it possible to make a mod, where there is some what degree of penalty to the player if they die ingame, rather than just re-spawning like you are invincible! Penalty, could be loss of money, loss of items, maybe loss of the weapon you were wielding upon death, or durability of it has halved, etc. This would put a whole lot more thrill into the game imo.
  8. As title says, is there any economy balance mod? I have not played much CP yet but I heard people on reddit says that you can easily swarm in eddies from just 1 side mission. I am trying to make the game harder, so was wondering if there is a mod that reduces the amount of money I can acquire ingame.
  9. Now that the official modding tools have been released, this difficulty mod should now be totally possible yeah!? Can't wait!
  10. I too stopped playing because of how easy the games is on the hardest setting. Patiently waiting for mods or developer updates to address that issue.
  11. My thoughts exactly. It feels exactly like Witcher 3 difficulty on Death Marsh. It starts off tough, but as soon as Geralt is Level10+, the rest of the game becomes a cake walk, and is swimming in crowns. It's what a fear about most open-world rpgs these days. They never pose much challenge once the character has gained but just a few levels.
  12. @BuffaloBurger Those points are literally exactly all the stuff I want to see in an improved higher difficulty settings or mod! I really hope you or another mod could pull something like that off, I would actually pay good money for it! Lol
  13. Yea that would be good. Maybe all these game dev need a lesson from the devs of 'The Forest' game. Man the enemies in that had bloody good AI! They could really mess with ya.
  14. Me personally, I don't like the idea of self imposing restrictions to make the game harder. I would like the game to be very tough, that you have to actually exploit and or use as many game mechanics available at your disposal to be able to beat the game, and not the opposite.
  15. Yes this mod but a toggle version. That would be so handy especially for OLED users who fear burn in from static mini-maps, health bars etc. Because there is no need to have those things in view 100% of the time, it would be nice if there is a toggle key, toggle it on when you want to see that stuff and then toggle off when you don't.
