I think the mod that changed it was Capital Windhelm Expansion (CRF ver.) and its patch for USSEP. I used the command you posted, and it moved me to the entrance of Windhelm

Did it. I assume it isn't deleted since there wasn't an error. I remember the "Ref last changed" field had the Unofficial Skyrim Patch. Don't know how it could make a static disappear. When I selected the static via the command you gave me I used the "enable" command, but that did nothing.

Is there a way to make mods list off changes they make? I honestly don't know what could affect the building. I'd use Creation Kit, but it takes way too long to load. SSEEdit doesn't show all of the mods I have enabled, so I can't see any conflicts with the White Phial (WHmarket04 [STAT:0003842C]). Unless there's an issue with something outside of Statics...

Don't know what mod I deactivated, but during when it was off, the White Phial was only visible in previous saves (This is after I deactivated the AIO-Reduced Cut and verified the files; those didn't work).

Apparently the plugin Lightened.esp was disabled but the mod attached to it, JK's Skyrim AIO-Reduced Cut was on. I'll see if that makes a difference, and if that doesn't work I'll try verifying the files.

I feel like the design would have to be merged with the M1A or maybe a modern rifle (XM8, SCAR) to give the illusion of it being advanced. That's just me tho

Whenever I fire automatic weapons, it stops firing for a little bit, fires again and repeats. During that interval, only the firing animation plays; this affects the minigun in a unique way in where it can fire during its spinup animation. What mods would make this happen, Weapon Mod Kits? IronSights? Should I just do Tale of Two Wastelands instead? Please let me know, it's getting annoying.

I want a gameplay mechanic mod that is sorely overdue: restricting the use of certain weapons whether you're in or out of power armor. Weapons that you could only use while in power armor would obviously be heavy weaponry: minigun, Gatling laser, broadsider, etc. (Missile launcher would have to be the exception). This would also include the "assault rifle" , since it was created for the purpose of being a weapon solely used with power armor, but that idea was scrapped. The concept of other weapons (specifically pistol-and-rifle-sized firearms) not usable while IN power armor would also apply, since power armor fingers would be too big to access the trigger. Laser/Plasma weapons might be exempt from this, but you'd just have to shrink the viewmodels down while in power armor so it doesn't look weird. This could be applied to weapons by either their weight, if they're over 25 wg, or weapon class (if the latter even exists in the game's code). It could also just be a simple checkmark system; anything that could be applied to modded weapons. And maybe extend this idea to small and large melee weapons, idk. This is optional, but you could make the Gatling laser equipable . It just needs to inflict more recoil. As for making small arms equipable, I'd add a weapon attachment that removes the trigger guard, but it's preferable to have that coincide with another mod idea I have, which is essentially a more in-depth version of durability. Although that might suit Hardcore playthroughs more than normal ones. This idea has been overdue for a LONG while, and imo it should have been a mechanic in the game to begin with.

Where is the file that has the code for restricting the use of unarmed weapons (like brass knuckles) while in power armor? I want to see if I could make that affect other items while outside of power armor.
