Hello everyone im currently in a situation to where i think i goofed up pretty bad but thats my opinion.Anyways here is my situation. I downloaded SKSE and zipped it and everything. i was following gophers vid and i copied the data file over to my skyrim folder. when i did that the skse launcher.exe didnt pop up but i followed the his other method by making it into a mod. I didnt undo the data file i copied and pasted and activated the mod. Regardless the launcher.exe didnt show up. so i figured i unistall the whole game and redownload. Heres my situation i need your help on when i overwrite my files, will the data file i copied still be there, or can i just delete the skyrim folder from the commom files in steam and it should be replaced when i redownload the game right? or did i completely mess up my game.

Thanks for that breaking that down, but as when i was referring to the mods, Those houses have to be built if i download the "hearthfire" edition as well? or i simply have the traits of the dlc without having to actually build the whole house from ground up?

Hello to everyone on the forums. I downloaded hearthfire for skyrim recently but haven't gotten around to playing the game until now. Can someone please help me understand the concept of what exactly this game does? I downloaded some house mods that are the "Hearthfire" edition of them, but still dont have a clear understanding of what makes them different from the non-hearthfire ones. Also i need to know if i download the Non-hearthfire homes, will they conflict since i do have hearthfire or will the traits that the DLC bring be non-relative to the house? Sorry for the poor construction of the thread i'm kind of in the middle of something and just asking for advice i have somewhat of a understanding when i play skyrim again.

Hello Everyone its been awhile since ive posted yet even been on skyrim nexus and was wondering if the community can help me find some good mods to help create a variety of different character looks. I'm looking to create a orc character but im tired of the vanilla settings. If anyone can please recommend some warpaint, hair, and skin mods for orcs or that can apply to all races please let me know.

This is just a quick suggestion of a companion for someone to try to create if they are up to the challenge and feel like they can accomplish a good model. I'm not a modder in any form or fashion but here is my suggestion. As everyone knows there are vampires running a muck in skyrim. If anyone here can remember the movie Blade 2, there is a member of the group called the bloodpack whose name was Lighthammer. When i see several of the different kind of characters people create, for some reason he came to my mind as the closest one who would somewhat fit into skyrim with his big hammer. This is just a thought for anyone who would love to take this project up. Either normal lighthammer or infected lighthammer would be awesome. http://www.propstore.com/img/products/262/Blade_2_Chupa_Shot-up_Costume_1.JPG *His 2nd seen outfit, cant find a decent pic of his 1st one http://bloodpack.bloody-fangs.org/pics/m_lighthammer.jpg http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-vjq8xTHy3S8/TdKoR1JD5jI/AAAAAAAAAHE/0pobD4d_aPI/s1600/Lighthammer.jpg http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2SfogF7rAiw *Skip to 3:40 to see only infected version of him which would scare the cr*** outta me in a dark alley http://fc04.deviantart.net/fs31/i/2008/209/c/3/Lighthammer_wallpaper_by_DogSoldier.jpg

On the attacks on the major cities and orc settlements, will the attackers respawn ever so often? Say we defeat the boss at Moz Khagur, will less powerful enemies still attack just to keep up the security?

What exactly are ENB mods? Im new to modding and do not understand all the acronyms used for modding. WIP,UNP, and others that i could use help understanding. As for ENB i understand they are a graphical improvement from what i can see on my own. If you wouldnt mind telling me which ones you use and why could also help me select one.

Ive heard that as well. Im was just stating if i defeat that dungeon and it wasnt radiant, there would be no particular reason for me to go back unless for sightseeing or something like that.

I'm new to the whole PC gaming thing and frankly i don't know diddly squat about mods. My question is if i download a dungeon mod for example and clear that dungeon out, and a different dungeon mod that peaks my interest can possibly conflict with the previous, can i delete the first one and still keep my loot from it and install the latter mod?

Here are my specs: [*] OS. Windows Vista Home Premium (6.0, Build 6002) [*] System Model: Inspiron 530 [*] BIOS: Phoenix - AwardBios v6.00PG [*] Processor: Intel® Core™2 Quad CPU Q6600 @ 2.40GHz (4CPUs), ~2.4GHz [*] DirectX Version: DirectX 11 [*] Intel® G33/G31 Express Chipset Family [*] Ram:6132 MB From what i have been told so far i definitely need a upgrade to my PC to play skyrim. Here are my questions: 1. I have chosen this possible combo as a graphics card and psu: CORSAIR Enthusiast Series TX650 V2 650W ATX12V v2.31/ EPS12V v2.92 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified Active PFC High Performance Power Supply, EVGA 01G-P3-1556-KR GeForce GTX 550 Ti (Fermi) FPB 1GB 192-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card. 2. I have current important files located on my hard drive and was wondering if it was possible to store skyrim on a mobile hard drive. I have seen friends do it with world of warcraft and minecraft and was just wondering if it was possible. Any other tips and help would greatly appreciated.
