I think I fixed it! Turns out the game was struggling to realise Markarth was taken over by the stormcloaks via the open civil war mod. I kept playing with the map until the Imperials took it back and now everything works fine. Going to reinstall realistic needs and diseases and do it again to double check. Otherwise everything works perfectly! Edit: Just tried it again, everything works perfectly. Didn't need to uninstall or quit my character. Best possible eoutcome!

Okay so I uninstalled realistic needs and diseases (Deactivated via its menu and then uninstalled from nexus mod manager). That 'fixed' the CTD whilst waiting. But now I crash whenever I fast travel.

So I recently started a new playthrough with Realistic needs and diseases and Campfire/Frostfall installed, played all last night without issue. Booted up the game today and now every time I sleep, wait or Save (Hard and quick) I crash to desktop. And no, the sleeping/waiting isn't related to autosaves as the game crashes a few 'hours' into waiting, after the auto save has already been made. I've searched online to find a solution and none have worked. I've tried LOOT, I've tried SSEEdit, I've even tried Fallrim Script Cleaner. Nothing has worked, the game always crashes when I save or a few hours into waiting/sleeping. I turned logging on and although my first crash didn't bring anything back the second gave this. Now, I have no clue how to read these things but I'm seeing a lot of errors relating to Skyui and SKSE, which aren't available on special edition. I suspect Frostfall or Campfire may be the culprit, but uninstalling them corrupts my save. Is there anything I can do to keep playing? This was the first time I'd enjoyed Skyrim in quite a while and I'd hate to have to restart all over again. Thanks in advance. I just want to be able to play my character again.

In response to post #46561905. #46563145, #46571385, #46584680, #46591940 are all replies on the same post. Have you tried running the 4GB client? Fixed most, if not all, my crashing issues.
