Hi all, first just wanted to say thank you to all modders, you guys rock and inspire me. Anyways... Having a problem with shout recovery. Its somehow set to 26. I've tried slowly removing mods one at a time, deactivating mods, but nothing changes the bigger picture. player.setav shoutrecoverymod 0 or 1 or .5 isn't doing anything. Which makes me think its something hidden that happened to 2 of my characters. Just to test this out, i reloaded a character I made when skyrim first came out, a level 12 or so, and tried shouting and it worked normal and I was able to edit shout recovery via the console- but not my 2 mains. Any thoughts as to what could possibly block the console from overriding the actor value? PS. I've tried removing armor etc, like I have the custom bandoliers, and all weapons, literally running around neked and still the problem persists.
