  1. Anyone keen to add this to the game? Surprised it isn't already a mod (unless I've just missed it). One of my favourite armours. The armour itself, not the colour scheme.
  2. Every time you change page it pops back up. I said no the first time. It should never appear again after that.
  3. I don't mind the new design, although I do dislike change (that doesn't make my views any less valid mind you). The only change so far I don't like is the name - it should have just been kept as the Nexus. A facelift doesn't stop if from being the same site and doesn't warrant a name change. One of the definitions of "nexus": a central or focal point. It makes so much more sense as the hub of modding, the central point where all of modding may meet. The nexus of modding. It works a lot better when telling someone to head over to the nexus rather than to head over to the vortex.
  4. I like the formatting of your post. I'm fairly interested in the Imperial armour and what they'll do with Wraithguard. Hopefully they'll give us some proper damn quests for these items rather than a random thief or bandit holding them or worse yet just throwing them into our inventory at level 1.
  5. Well I prefer the name Nexus Client despite its boring nature, but it could have been so much worse than Vortex so I'm not complaining. Nice to hear about Tannin's progress from the man himself.
  6. The only exaggerated British accent Youtuber who did Skyrim mod reviews that I remember is Chay. He opened with Monty Python music. Obviously he's not a duo though. He went away from Youtube for a while and when he returned his viewership never seemed to recover sadly. Actually, I seem to recall another two who did mod reviews.   7. Has anyone else had trouble with the College of Winterhold flickering madly from a distance? It seems like a lod conflict or something to do with large references.
  8. I'm getting this as well. No idea what the problem is. Can anyone confirm that this is what the wood is supposed to look like? I just downloaded another texture over the top.
  9. I would prefer the name to remain Nexus Mod Manager. Just add 2.0 or a word or something on the end.
  10. I recognise SirSalami from various official ESO lore videos, but didn't know he was an active nexus user. Although, I suppose considering all the lore that mods can jam into TES games like Skyrim it shouldn't surprise me (not to mention given his clear love of TES lore of course he would play Skyrim). Did I mention lore?

  12. All the Orc strongholds in my game, even in a new game, seem to be completely void of NPCs. I can't even spawn them in to the correct strongholds using console commands because nothing happens. I was under the impression that the last patch fixed this issue, not to mention it seems strange that it just happens to be Orc strongholds. Edit: Never mind. They're randomly back again.

  14. I used radeonpro to force vsync. RadeonPro doesn't seem to work for me. Despite enabling V-Sync the scree tearing is still there.

  16. I just hope you can hide all the complicated stuff. I just want NMM to install my mods and be able to drag them around in my load order, not be swamped by, for me, unnecessary clutter.
  17. It's definitely brilliant looking for today's standards, but I will always prefer the more classic style we currently have. The new features are, of course, great additions to making the site easier to navigate nonetheless.

Reverting to OSR version 4.1.0 also works as an alternative solution for me. You mention that OSR doesn't work as well with bHookCriticalSections so would it more effective to disable it or revert to 4.1.0?

  21. I recently downloaded Morrowloot 4E Expansion Patch Guide and I want remove the dependency and any references to Warmonger Armoury which it requires. What do I need to delete to in tes5edit to remove any reference to Warmonger? Mod: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/65582/

Morrowloot 4E Edition adds a few relics from past games, but I have downloaded some mods that have nicer looking models and enchantments etc and so I want to remove them from Morrowloot so I don't have doubles in game. Will opening the Morrowloot 4E plugin in Tes5edit and deleting all references to the weapons do the trick or could that be dangerous?
