Solved my own problem. It was Femsheppings Mega Surgery Center Renovation mod that was the culprit. Uninstalled it and problem solved for Diamond City. The lights not turning on for the Red Rocket until crossing over the bridge is a separate problem. Maybe a limitation of the game, but if anyone knows a setting in one of the ini's that extends that range where the lights come on from a certain distance, I would like to hear it.

Bug List - If you find bugs post them here

Edit: solved my own problem. Nothing to see here. -
I experienced this bug a few years ago and solved it but now its back and of course I cant remember the solution. I am experiencing a bug where the ambient light from a light bulb for example won't light up until I get close to it within a certain distance. For example, in Sanctuary you can see the big red rocket in the distance, and the lights that illuminate it won't actually light up until after I cross over the bridge. Also in diamond city, it happens a lot where I will run around the city and the lights above Myrna's shop or Penny's shop or in front of Bobrov's tavern won't light up until I get within 10 feet of them or so. And then if I run around diamond city and run back to Myrna's area, the lights there won't illuminate at all no matter how close I get to them. I use LOOT to sort the load order. I tried creating a new game and then running to diamond city to see if the problem persists, and the problem remains. I also tried completely deleting my fallout4ini, fallout4prefs and fallout4custom ini's and then loading the launcher so they get recreated, and tried setting all settings to ultra but the problem persists. Any solutions please? I tried search engines but i keep getting hits for how to connect settlement lights etc which dont seem to apply to my problem. Any recommendations for me to try are greatly appreciated.

If you are using NMM then don't start the game via the launcher, start it with tesv.exe or the skse shortcut if you are using script extender. For some reason if I use NMM, then open launcher, simply opening the launcher forces all my mods to get unchecked in NMM. I am guessing that is your issue. Also, lol, I would advise against openly admitting you illegally downloaded the game. Lots of internet police on here that will jump all over you for that one :)

Hmm very strange. I am using the latest version 19 of levelers tower and just tested and selling and buying working ok for me. Do you have another mod installed that could be conflicting with it? Also, have you tried uninstalling mod, making a clean save, then reinstalling it?
-
Most likely your character has skills or gear on that are increasing the stats? A good test might be to make a clean save, load the mod, use the "showracemenu" console command and exit out of it (this will remove your passive skills that may be adding bonuses) then remove all gear, rings, armor, etc, then equip the weapon only and look again at the dmg.

If you duplicate an existing npc, give it a new form id, name, etc, then I wouldn't think it would conflict with other mods. Not sure why you'd have to create a whole new race unless that is what you are intending. Changing your companions appearance should be easy under the Character gen parts and character gen morph tabs. From there it should just be a matter of giving it the right factions and placing it somewhere for the person to find in game.

I had this same issue. The shadow striping fix mod corrected it for me: http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/downloads/file.php?id=8043

Anyone? please?

If you are trying to create a new mod then only skyrim chould be checkmarked under data, If you are modifying an existing mod then both skyrim and the mod need to be checked, with the mod marked as active file. If you are indeed trying to make a new mod, and only skyrim is checked, then it should prompt you to save as a new file and name it. If that is the case and you are still getting this error, then maybe uninstall and reinstall the creation kit.

First make sure your home is flagged as an Inn. In creation kit go to WorldData/Location/ find your home, right click edit it, and under Keywords in that window add "LocTypeInn" Also, make sure your bard has "JobBardFaction" and BardSingerFaction" under their factions tab. Next, add an XMarkerHeading somewhere in your home where you want the bard to play. The xmarkerheading should be referenced to your bard. It should also have the keyword "BardPlaySpot" attached to it. Hope this helps!

Calientes Female Body Mod Big Bottom Edition -CBBE-PROBLEM
Keev replied to teortr's topic in Skyrim's Skyrim LE
I was having this exact same issue. I use NMM btw, here is what I did to fix it: Uninstalled (thru nmm) both the main CBBE mod and the CBBE nude and jiggly mod. Next i reinstalled nude and jiggly mod choosing "yes to all" on overwrite prompt. then reinstalled CBBE main, customized version with bodyslider, tickmarked both options at bottom of installer, when installer prompt came up asking me to install head textures i chose no. Then I chose "yes to all" when the NMM overwrite prompt came up. Not sure why but this worked for me. Good luck. -
One of my followers, lisette, is a bit broken. She is currently my follower and wife but she wont respond to any commands like follow, wait, etc. the console commands of "removefac 5c84d 1" and "removefac 19809 1" seem to have no effect on Lisette only. I am currently using the extensible follower framework mod, which works correctly for all followers, except Lisette. I can use the help command to see some dialogue and questids but not sure what the correct syntax is. I know there is a "Setstage" command for quest id's but not exactly sure what to put in to accomplish this. Anyone know the command or even a general command to reset and npc to the beginning of their dialogue?

Is it possible to stretch objects in the creation kit? For example if I wanted to take a standard door and make it longer or wider. I know about changing the scale, but is there a way to do this?

Click the Gears icon on NMM, settings window will open, on that go to Skyrim tab and they are right there.

I've had issues with a few enb mods in other games, which required some tweaking for them to work on my system. I've learned the hard way to make backups, which can be tricky with certain mods. First, double check the enb mod description to make sure you aren't missing something required for it to work, like script extender, or maybe there is another mod you are currently running that has known compatibility issues with the end mod. If the enb mod has an ini u can change, maybe tweak the settings a bit lower. If you are unsure what the setting does, just search for it on a search engine. Also maybe try setting ur nvidia cp settings to default settings. With graphics mods sometimes its better to start with the lowest settings, load the game, then go up from there. In a worst case scenario once i had to take a screenshot of mods i had thru NMM, uninstall the game, uinstall NMM and all associate folders, kept my save files of course, reinstall the game, patch the update, reinstall NMM, reinstall each mod one by one. That sucked of course, but worked, but ever since then I have been careful with mods that effect graphics, like enb, water reflection mods, etc. I now always download them without nmm, look at the files the mod effects, backup those specifc files, then insall with NMM.

Thanks very much got it working. Ended up doing as you said removing the noautostart and also added an xmarkerheading with bardplayspot keyword. Thanks everyone! =D

Also ideally I am trying to place the bard inside leveler's tower but he doesnt show up. Anyone able to successfully put other npcs inside the tower? If so did you make it as a new esp mod or modify the active levelers tower mod?
-
Well I am able to create and place a bard in any location, and flag the interior location as an Inn. The bard will take song requests but for some reason I can't get the bard to play on his own. Is the sandbox ai package different for bards? For the new bard under factions I have BardSingerFaction, BardSingerNoAutoStart, and JobBardFaction only. The sandbox ai package looks like it has the same commands as other npc bards in taverns. Advice?

Perfect thanks man will give it a try. And the screens help big time so huge thanks for that.

I am running latest game patch and using leveler's tower mod and a few others. Id like to have a singing bard in my home that acts the same way they do at inns (taking song requests, playing on their own, etc) and have them stay in my home. I think this has something to do with a bardsandbox ai mod but not really sure. I have tried using the player.placeatme command with a few npc bards, those either start walking back home to their original inn, or stay at my home but dont play. I have also tried adding the npc as a playable follower using the addfac command but they wont play. Is there someway I can change the npcs ai to make them act as if my home was their regular Inn? I have the skyrim npc editor program but haven't been able to successfully change the ai to make this happen the way I'd like. Any ideas?
