Personally I think if someone was ambitious enough, it would be cool to go back to the west coast. It would have changed (though I'm not sure by how much) since Fallout 2 and it would be cool to explore the NCR and Vault City or Gecko etc. Especially in 3D. Whoever does do this would have to be very ambitious, and would need to be able to model new buildings and stuff.

Eh, I wasn't trying to say that a company needs to do it. Anyone who is proficient can probably code a system that can interact with todays phones and computers, which means that a company doesn't need to do it. Someone could make some mean cash from all the Fallout fans, eh?

Guys, if anyone is a awesome modder, someone could make a pip-boy rather easy. Just having a knowledge of taking things apart and putting them in a different casing. Then someone who can program the system or something and voila! Pipboys in this day and age would be relatively simple for an experienced programmer/modder. We have the technology for mostly everything mentioned in this topic.
