So i started playing new vegas again last night but the pip boy and armor graphics got to bad to handle. i couldnt even read the menus. im using ultra fine so i dont see where the problem is. ive uninstalled it and reinstalled it several times. please help me...

i want to try and make new armor in the geck but have no idea where to begin. can anyone help?
