I think a cool idea would be a mod where the dark brotherhood hunts you down. They show up in random taverns, where you sleep, in dungeons waiting for you to be attacked by other enemies. Then a quest line where you hunt down who ever put the contract out on you. Theres many ways where these outcomes can be altered if you choose to do the dark brother hood questline and whether or not you decide to kill em
