Immersive Armors was causing the "earthquakes", but something is very wrong with the physics, the carts of the begginning are really glitchy

I just reinstalled skyrim and installed a lot of mods, halfway through i launched the game and it was fine. After i finished, i'm unable to play because of a constante "earthquake" messing everything around my character. Load order attached. So, i manually downloaded one mod, and i tryed to open it and i chose the Notebook(Writting Pad). So i put it in the data folder and the mod didn't work. Then i got angry and deleted the file. I installed the NMM and installed like 6 or 7 mods. And all of them appears as .esp files and can be opened by the Notebook(Writting Pad) in the Data Folder. But none of them apparently works. Can anyone spare me some help? Ps: All plugins were checked at NMM, when i started skyrim, i opnede NMM again and the mod's plugins were unchecked.. Ps2: At the Skyrim Launcher, i check the Data Files and the plugins doesn't appear. just the skyrim plugin!

i would like to know if anyone know this mod as well and if anyone know where i can get Zero Gravity Arrows, thanks
