Vividian ENB made my Skyrim's lighting weird

So I was installing Vividian ENB for Skyrim then this happens, I don't know how or what caused this but I'm pretty sure this was not supposed to happen. I'm kinda new to modding so I need help to troubleshoot things like this. Basically the lightings are all messed up and too bright.
