Basically trying to find Not overpowered weapon mods. like I don't want weapons that use .38 and outpowers most guns. Guns that fit in nicely with the standard weapons.

Trying to complete speak of the devil quest, and have to load a holotape to a antenna. But the antenna only has extend and contract. There is no option to load anything. And I read/played all tapes/notes for the quest. Tried the one for the FM holotape, also only extend and contract. and both are extened. there is no menu to load holotape. help!

I would really like a mod for no headbobbing, but I don't think that may be possible.

I find it an issue as well, but the nights are really bad. looks like day time.

There are some ini settings that control how close textures load to you. I had the issue of low-res textures on top of bridges and such, shuffled some settings, and problem gone. Try these settings in your Fallout 4 ini, in the 'general' section.
bForceUpdateDiffuseOnly=0
iTextureUpgradeDistance1=7500
iTextureUpgradeDistance0=5000
iTextureDegradeDistance1=7500
iTextureDegradeDistance0=5000
I've tried this myself no change. Something about using Boralis and other mods. The guy that made boralis said he knew the answer, but refused to say what it was. It's basically like a random tree that will stay low res.

I get the same issue low texture close to me. I asking the same question several times, zero answer for some odd reason.

The folder is /Data/Plugins/F4EE/Presets.
look for the fallout folder on your computer.

I'm using Borealis and it's required mods, and i'm getting random low resolution trees near me. Anyone Know how to fix this?

Tried the boston fps fix and a different approach, and was able to get to the location. Sad this 5+ year old issue has never been fixed by beth.

One is built by myself. mostly sim settlements lots. Most other towns are city plans. Some people are working.

Minutemen Nuclear Option crashing to desktop. Also the same area where Hunter/Hunted also crashes to desktop. Hunter/hunted required code to teleport around the crash. I don't know what codes to use to do that for Nuclear Option. The crash also includes the BOS vertibird ride to the airport, and any other quest that is in the area.
Anyone know what cause this crash and how to fix it?

You'd need to open up the CK and add a Defaultemptytrigger. Make it big enough. Afterwards link the Triggerbox from the workbench with the keyword "Workshoplinksandbox"
I have no idea what that means.

Custom and using a settlement plan of sim settlers. It doesn't matter which.

They already have jobs in Sim settlements (and it's all town settlements not just one), but most just stand around doing nothing. No sleeping, no work, just nothing. Only a few actually go to work.

...There is no settlements inside nuka world, aka no rides/races near any settlement in nuka world. Sounds like you're using a mod that put a settlement were one is NOT suppose to be.

My what I can find, this issues has been around for many years now. Settlers standing around doing nothing at all. Was there ever a fix for this?
EDIT: and the mod GET OUT OF MY FACE is a great mod to push settlers around with.

I have to do a load from a previous game, losing a few hours but with avery alive. Finished rite of passage, and automatically got the quest:
- "Help Small Bertha" starts the quest Turn Back the Fog.
- "Help Mitch" starts the quest The Hold Out.
- "(Optional) Help the Mariner" starts the quest Hull Breach or The Great Hunt if all Hull Breach stages have been completed.
- "(Optional) Help Cassie Dalton" starts the quest Blood Tide.
Seems if you want the settlement do NOT kill avery until after these quest.

In order to get "Rite of Passage" quest, you are REQUIRED to do the other quest FIRST for far harbor people (the mariner , old lady, etc). If you look at the first post, bertha is SUPPOSE to give the quest AFTER Rite of Passage. But that quest REQUIRES avery to be alive, and she is dead. So the quest will not start.

Right of passage is the 'captains dance'.

I'm trying to get echo lake lumber to be a settlement. Finished Rite of Passage but bertha will not give the quest. And avery is dead. Is there a command that will enable the settlement?
0300aec3 is the quest id, but I can't get it to start. completequest 0300aec3 will complete, but not really. doesn't show completed.

I though of editing some, but some are made lazy. like simply saying 25% damage, 50% damage, instead of the typical updates for weapons. I have a few I"m still using:

a few other decent mods. I'm trying the doombased weapons mod with an add on mod to rebalance the weapons. And that does have a lot of weapons in it. I'm hoping that might meet what I was looking for. Many different type weapons.
