Thanks a lot

I literally built my pc last Tuesday may 16th I have around 8 mods I wanted to play with on skyrim se but I can download them and then install but unlike the atlauncher on mine craft I cannot figure out how to launch skyrim with the mods from nexus. I can download the ones on Bethesda.net but those aren't as good I've heard and I used those on my Xbox one version on skyrim se. Sorry like I said I'm new so any help would be awesome. Skyrim seems to only want to run with the Bethesda mods active.
