I installed with NMM yeah. And I've done the whole BOSS thing and is in the correct load order, but still no change. I think it's got something to do with AFT?

I installed the Hoth mod the other day and seems to work totally fine. I find him in the Moorside Inn, but can't get him to become a follower?! There's no dialogue options to get him to accept?! I do have AFT (Amazing Follower Tweaks) and a message about some kind of AFTthread shows up now and then and that it needs to be extended?! Someone please help!!! Thanks in advance.
