okay so it's been a while but that would just be needlessly complicated. making it so you only get a certain number of perk points per level is far easier then deleting unused points. Fair enough, shows what I know. The easier route would actually be preferable for me anyways

I actually have 2 mods to humbly beg. A retexture of vanilla armor. We have mods for almost everything to be improved graphically, however most armor mods are stand-alone. The Book of Silence mod being ported over in smaller sections would be amazing, if the author wouldn't be opposed. (Edit: book of silence armors is out. The MA apparently is MIA.) A mod that allows us to choose how many levels we gain before receiving a perk (ie: 1 perk every 5 levels) to allow for a more difficult experience. Alternatively, a more simple version which just deletes unspent perk points. Anyone using a difficulty overhaul would appreciate this one. Either of these would be incredible!
