Just happened to me again. Here is a better report: Let us know what anti-malware/adware/virus software you have on your PC and ensure you've run a scan that returns clean before reporting the ad to us: Avast, Malwarebytes. The date and time you saw this ad: 2020-06-07 at 12:41. The URL of the page you were on at the time: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition Your general location: Stockholm area, Sweden. A good description of what is happening that makes you think this is a bad ad: After a few seconds I get redirected to a fake/scam site. Apparently, I have won some kind of prize (never heard that one before...). If you get redirected or sent to another site, provide the URL that you are sent to: (see other posts)

I was going to post a more detailed "log", but the problem seems to be fixed (for me at least).

Same here, I'm getting redirected to some scam site after a few seconds on the Nexus site (from Sweden). Only happens on Nexus, other sites are fine.

I could really use some help regarding female vampire PC
tompa987 replied to tompa987's topic in Skyrim's Skyrim LE
Thank you for the reply fore. And also, thanks for your mods, I've been using them since 2011. it seems that my save was somehow broken or something. I just tried reinstalling all my animation mods, I reinstalled PCEA2, ran FNIS and loaded a save from before my character was a vampire. Then I tried again. This time, when my character became a vampire I saw a message from FNIS or PCEA2 (unsure which one) that said: Changing race to Breton. After that, everything worked! :) I guess this was somehow my fault, but I can't for the life of me figure out what I did... If someone else reads this and you are here because of the same reason I created this post: try reinstalling your animation mods, and hope that you have a save from before becoming a vampire. Run FNIS as usual and everything should work. -
Hello, and first of all: I'm sorry if this has been asked and/or answered, I searched these forums and Google but couldn't find anything. My problem: I have a female char that I need to be a vampire for a specific build. I turned her into one, and to my surprise (mostly horror tbh), after the transformation she now appears as an american football player. On steroids. That is, the "normal" (and seemingly also male) animations are now used for my character after becoming a vamp. My eyes started to bleed and I ripped out all my hair when I saw this. I do use a few female animation mods to make my character look like a female instead of a male pro wrestler, and SOME of these are still in effect after becoming a vampire. My question: Is there a mod that just simply make my vampire char use the normal, human female animations? I saw a fix for female argonians but I am only interested in the human races (playing a Breton atm). I have XP32MS and SKSE, and FNIS installed with no problems at all, it's just this one eyesore that bugs me SO much. If anyone knows a way to fix this somehow I'd be incredibly thankful. I am not looking for a complete overhaul of vampirism or such, but if one of those fix this (I doubt it, I have read many of those mods descriptions today...) I'd use it. Also not interested in USSEP or whatever it's called, as it apparently "fix" things like the Necromage perk and my build depends on it working as usual. Here's hoping someone else has had the same problem. Thanks for reading.

Question regarding a stand-alone face editor
tompa987 replied to tompa987's topic in Fallout 4's Mod Ideas
Thank you for the suggestions. I have used a few ENB's but I'm pretty sure it's not the "problem". :) I also use PhotoLight in-game which remedies the weird lightning to a degree. My biggest gripe when it comes to the editing in itself is probably the lack of zoom, rotation and such basic controls. I mean, you can't really see the entire hair if you want to change it, to give one example. Just to clarify, I would suggest a very lightweight editor that only loads/shows the face and possibly hair and nothing else. -
Hello :) I have wondered for a while now if it would be possible to make a stand-alone tool that lets you edit/create faces outside of the game itself? Just like BodySlide, but for faces (which includes one's current mods as well). I am in no way knowledgeable about these things, hence my post. :) I do realise it's probably a very complex thing to accomplish, but it would be so sweet to try out presets and edit my own existing presets without having to: 1. Fire up the game. 2. Either use console commands (I know how to do this but I'd still need to do 1. first). 3. Find a doctor in-game. Where the outcome somewhat depends on lightning, and it also takes even more time (I'm playing on survival, which is ofc my own problem, but still). Also, the character editor in-game is just REALLY wonky and it depends on lightning etc which makes it a bit flawed, in my opinion. I am not trying to skip paying 100 caps for a makeover at a doctor; that's actually what I would do normally, if not for the above. And when starting a new game, if it would be possible to edit the face before starting the game, you'd just need to load that preset (using LooksMenu) in the first scene in the bathroom and then GO! :) Also, when trying out presets from other users, in 9 cases out of 10 they do not look like the pictures at all, instead they usually look more like burn victims or Chernobyl survivors. I do not mean to be rude to either of these two mentioned, but I do not want my character in-game to look like that. :) If one could load a preset into some kind of tool and have a look first, you'd know if it would work well with your own setup. One could possibly imagine an easy way to change companions etc without having to find a good spot, use the in-game console and such (plus, changing Curie is a real pain in the rear if one would wish to do so). Thanks for reading my ramblings!

Hello. I have a little problem that I can't seem to find a solution to. I'm trying to replace the sound effect for discovering a new location with a custom sound file. I have extracted the original .bsa and checked so that my files are using the exact same name, and are placed in the exact same place (skyrim / data / music / mus_discover_genericlocation_01-03). I have converted my own wave-files to .xwm format using xWMAEncode.exe. But in-game, the default sound is played instead of my files! :( I was wondering, is there a specific format that the .wav files need to be in before i convert them to .xwm files? I did have a replacer for this sound a long time ago that I deleted, so I know it CAN work. But it seems I'm doing something wrong this time.... Any help would be really nice, as this is driving me absolutely crazy!

Game crashes during the Nightcaller Temple quest!
tompa987 replied to Spac3cowboyy's topic in Skyrim's Skyrim LE
I had this problem as well. I remember that I tried disabling some mods until it worked, and then after the quest I enabled them again. I'm sorry I can't remember exactly which ones.- 5 replies

Was a while back... just saw that I had some responses, thanks. And no worries about hijacking the thread, it's just good (maybe we can get helped?)! I still have the problem btw, on all characters (but most prevalent on elves). To clarify the problem, please look at the left eye. There's a black area in the eye, and its alot more visible if using the all-white eyes. I have had the problem for ages.

Hello! I was just wondering if there is a quick and easy way to get the bras from this mod: Craftable Panties Bras and Stockings for CBBEv3M http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/16837/? ...and turn them into an .esp? I really liked that one but the body is an old one that isn't updated anymore. What I want is to put those into the game (or CK?), so that I can open them in BodySlide 2 and Outfit Studio http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/49015/? (or Bodyslide++) to fit my own slidersets? Would it be easiest to create a new .esp in CK from the old mod (with the parts I'd like), adding textures, and then open this in Outfit Studio? Also, I started trying a bit myself but I haven't been able to get the textures working in NifSkope. I need to learn how to assign the textures to the items that I've created in CK... the meshes are there, but they are just some kind of a blueish texture. Oooor, if someone else also wants this could they be persuaded to help get the bras from Craftable Panties Bras and Stockings for CBBEv3M to a "new" mod so it can be opened in BodySlide 2 and Outfit Studio?

Hello! I hope this is posted in the right place... it could be a mod but I'm not sure. The problem is that i get at weird little black spot inside my high elf characters eye (see screenshot). I have tried 2 different mods (http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/23916/? and http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/10494/?) that are supposed to fix this but none of them worked (at least not for my high elf, but I loaded an old save that I had with a dark elf and the eyes were fine even after using a potion of invisibility). It's not the Draugr eyes, (although I have tried to solve it with that fix too; player.addspell 000f71d1 - close console - player.removespell 000f71d1). I have alot of mods installed. But not one that specifically change eye textures. Also, I have had this problem since I started playing in 2012. It only affects elves. My nord, imperial, breton are all fine, even with Shadow Warrior perk / Invisibility spell and whatnot. But someone else must've had this as well, even if it's caused by some mod? And yes, I know the eyelashes are looking weird lol ;)
