  1. Thanks Tamira, that's exactly what I wanted, you're a legend! I didn't think of using the other wheel as I couldn't use it as a static for the never fade option. Didn't think of creating a new static and just changing the nif. Derp. Thanks again, looks so much better now!
  2. http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/4290/? Hi everyone, I've uploaded my mod in search of help for those who know how to work with meshes better than I do (zero knowledge :P) I'm looking at removing the water from the water wheel nif and reversing its rotation. More information and the required file is located on my mod page. Thanks for any help and advice in advance, I appreciate it.
  3. In response to post #43619975. #43620285, #43620300 are all replies on the same post. Thanks guys, blinded by excitement it would seem!
  4. Nexus Mod Manager doesn't detect SSE in my game list. Do I just enter the game path for the original skyrim and lead it to the SSE? Thanks guys!
  5. Ok thanks mate, I was using nifskope to alter the current position of it as well. I will have to see if I can dig a bit deeper!
  6. Hi guys So I have a weapon that when unsheathed fits my character perfectly, trouble is when I sheathe it it doesn't look right at all. It seems that both these are tied together so I can either have it looking correctly when sheathed or looking correctly when unsheathed. Does anyone know of a way to change this? Either through a script that swaps for another .nif file or If If there is no way to do that I guess I will just have to make it a left handed weapon only. If that's the case is there anyway to prevent it being equipped on the right hand? Thanks in advance, Goshee
  7. Have you tried locating the actor in the creation kit? Type her name in to the object window filter making sure that either "all" or "actors" are selected to refine your search. When you find her, right click and click edit. (Note: if you right click her physical form in the cell view window and click edit you will need to click "edit base" in the new window that pops up) Then look at the tabs along the top, click "Character Gen Parts". Look at the base head parts area for facial information and you can find the hair colour at the top. Then go to the "Character Gen Morphs" tab and make notes of the other facial details, lip, eye and nose type for example. Take a screen shot of the sliders if it helps and refer back to it when you are creating your character. Hope this helps, Goshee
  8. You sir are a scholar and a gentleman. Thanks a heap, really appreciate it!
  9. Yo. I'm trying to locate: Dungeons\Ship\QuestItems\ShipRopeLadder.nif Trouble Is I can't seem to find it... C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\skyrim\Data\meshes\dungeons\????? It's not there. Only dwemer, Mines and nordic folders are listed... Any idea on how I can retrieve it? Alternatively If anyone can upload the file so I can save it in another place I would greatly appreciate it. Essentially I'm trying to do this: http://forums.nexusmods.com/index.php?/topic/729102-rope-ladder-as-a-doorteleport-in-the-same-cell/ Though trying to keep it listed as a door and not an activator thus the mesh swap. Thanks in advance, Goshee
