I had multiple combat rifles with different legendary effects on and I wanted to find a mod to put all the effects on the same weapon. Is there a mod that will let me do this, google hasn't been very helpful.

I moved both my NMM folders and steam folder out of either Program files folder into a folder I made on my hard drive called "steam" whenever i try to launch NVSE it crashes and some mods get the "an exeption occured in the script" error when I try to enable them.
