Probably too late for this to be of help to many people, but if using the FWE Control Panel (to either 'Reset PN Status', or disable and then re-enable Primary Needs) doesn't work, then you can use a console command to reset the statuses of your Primary Needs (back to 'Well Rested', 'Not Hungry', and 'Not Thirsty'). Type "set RIHTSMainQuest.PNADebug to 1" into the console, and then give the game about 10 seconds. The statuses don't reset all at once, but they should gradually return to their nominal state.
